The House of Representatives Candidate of All Progressive Congress for Abakalik/Izzi Federal Constituency, Chief Emmanuel Uguru has assured all the none indigenes in Abakaliki Urban that there will be Nothing like Indigene and None Indigene Syndrome in his Government as every resident in the Urban, irrespective of your state of origin will be given equal treatment in the State.

Chief Emmanuel Uguru made this promise during his meeting with the urbanites of Abakalik/Ebonyi Local Government Area in Abakaliki the State Capital.

Uguru said, Nothing can be more than the chosen name of this club, as it was the topic of last nights’ meeting with the Governor of Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria, Engr Dave Umahi Nweze.

“To further escalate the resolutions of that bond, l want to use this medium to thank the urbanites of Abakaliki/Ebonyi LGAs for the understanding that has metamophosed into this “ONE LOVE”, as our slogan goes”

“It’s not just to speak for us candidates of APC in the Urban, but to also further buttress the obvious as resolved that we shall remain facilitators l started since 2014, with my son, Hon Charles Akpuenika, who have been coordinating this unity growing from strength to strength”

“Those of yesterday’s urban would have realized how good it is to be in one accord of unity in diversity which was totally absent in the era of “monkey de work, baboon the chop”, as few privileged individuals in the then urban never allowed the young ones, like the Akpuenikas & co, see the light of the day, instead pushed them away after using them with the notion of urban interest & this nearly created ugly episode of parallelism between the Indigenes & non Indigenes, forgetting that non is more Indigenous than the other under the sun, hence we all strangers on earth”. Uguru informed.

The APC House of Representatives candidate said the heterogeneity of the Urban, starting from different ethnic, language & dialectical set up by this bond of one love has made them in the Urban not only homogeneous in understanding but also egalitarian.

“I therefore thank u all and ask that we remain resolute in support of Engr Dave Umahi & all APC candidates in actualizing our dreams for the overall best interest of Ebonyi State. And so both the leaders and the led should individually & jointly be held accountable in keeping this bond of love as an honour to not only Umahi, but also to God & humanity”

“The co habitation we enjoy now is a pointer to how best it shall be when we get there, after u voted us in on 25th Feb & 11th March, 2023”. He added.
