Dear Elders and Members of the Ukawu Autonomous Community,
Once again, I write to express my heartfelt appreciation to the entire community for the warm reception and the blessings you bestowed upon me during my visit to your ancestral home, Ore, on the 17th of January 2023. It was indeed a day that would remain evergreen in my memory.
Your prayers, no doubt have contributed immensely in shielding me from various attacks aimed at taking away my life. Your brother has passed through all kinds of blackmail and intimidations from our oppressors, but God in whom we have our faith in keeps vindicating me. These intimidations, attacks and blackmail, nonetheless strengthen my resolve to persevere in the liberation agenda of Ndi Ebonyi. And you too should not give up.
The endorsement and blessings you gave me for my gubernatorial ambition is truly humbling and an honor I do not take for granted. In the Presidential and National Assembly elections held on the 25th February, 2023, you came out enmass to vote for APGA candidates and they won most polling units in Ukawu. I am grateful for the trust and confidence you have in me, and I am committed to working hard to justify the unfeigned faith you have in me.
On Saturday, 11th March, 2023, the Governorship and House of Assembly elections will take place and I graciously appeal to you to vote for me and your son, Barrister Bright Obasi Chima, a young man with commendable resilience and contagious passion for service.
I want to assure you that if elected, I will work tirelessly to ensure the development of your community, which I am part of, and also the entire state of Ebonyi. I am committed to providing quality education, healthcare, infrastructural development, and creating job opportunities for our youths.
Once again, I thank you for your unwavering support, and I promise to work with the community to achieve our shared goals of liberating communities that had suffered many years of oppression.
