The chairman of Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Mr Clement Odah, has bagged an award of excellence for his outstanding performance as one of the longest serving council chairman in the State.
The forum of independent publishers of Nigeria, weekend, honored him with the meritorious award while commending him as the most performed outgoing LG Chairman in the state.
Presenting the award, Anita Aluya of Efosa TV channel, said the council Boss was carefully selected for the award following investigations conducted by Journalists which proved him Worthy.
She noted that the council Chairman had shown capacity in human capital development for the youths of three zones that makes up the local Government Area as well as women.
In his acceptance speech, Mr Clement Oda appreciated the team for recognizing him with the meritorious award despite current challenges.
He dedicated the award to Governor David David Umahi and extolled him for given him the opportunity to serve his people.
