The Wife of the Governor, Mrs Marymaudline Nwifuru has felicitated with Muslim faithful in the state on the occassion of Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
Mrs Nwifuru, ahead of the celebration, urged Muslim women to demonstrate love and sacrifice which is the significance of Eid-El-Kabir to one another for peaceful coexistence.
She made this known on Tuesday, during a courtesy visit paid to her by Association of Muslim Women in the state.

The Agency reports that Eid-el-Kabir is a season that calls for rededication to the cause of mankind, to appreciate the gift of life and to imbibe the virtues.
She called on them to use the occasion to deepen the virtues love and sacrifice.
She added that the act of love and joy when displayed, promotes development of any society.
She described their visit as an act of love.
She, however thanked the group for their supports so far during the campaigns and victory at the poll.

“Sallah celebration is an occasion of joy and showing love to one another.
“We are one Nigeria, any where we find our selves in this country. And I want us to be together to make the state great.
“And I am always available for the women and if we work together, we will achieve alot,”Nwifuru said.
Mrs Nkiruka Abass, Leader of the group and Wife to Chairman, Ebonyi Muslim Forum, while commending governor Francis Nwifuru on his victory at the poll, pledged continuous support for the administration.
