Polycarp Sola-Abakaliki
Comrade Stanley Emeka Uzor, who is the candidate of Action Alliance Party for Onicha west Constituency, Onicha Local Government Area of Ebonyi State says unity and tolerance would enhance peace and development of his people.
Stanley made the assertion in Abakaliki at the inauguration ceremony of Onicha Progressive Mandate, a non governmental organization initiated to improve the livelihood of Onicha indigenes.
He said the success of the organization would solely depend on it’s ability to unite the people and support thier sons vying for political offices irrespective of party differences.
“The Onicha Progressive Mandate from my own understanding has to do with the local government,
“that is to say that whoever is contesting for any election within the local government should be supported, they should support them and bring out the best candidates to represent the people of Onicha, Ohanivo, the street and the Nation in general,
“if that is done, it would unite the people and achieve it’s aim. But if the association decides to support a particular Candidate, then others would not be comfortable with it.
“They should be focus and know why the association was formed, and go ahead to make sure that the aim of creating it is achieved”. he implored.
