The Lawmaker representing Ohaozara/ Onicha/Ivo (OHANIVO) Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Dr Kama Nkemkanma has taken bold steps which will permanently end poverty in his Constituency.
He reiterated his commitment to ensure that he runs all inclusive Governance for his Constituents.
The essence is to enable him give listening ear to the people he is representing
DR Kama disclosed this during the Constituency Town Hall meeting held at Osborne La Palm Hotel in Uburu Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria.
Kama said he will work very hard to alleviate poverty in the Constituency.
He warned some stakeholders who are sabotaging his efforts by diverting what he has procured for his Constituents for their personal use to stop such act.
“You are inviting poverty in your family if you are good in diverting the made for indigents for your personal use” . He warned.
” I have drilled Boreholes to all the Communities in the Constituency, embarked on Medical Outreach to ensure quality healthcare for all at every time”
“I have organized Football competition,
Distributed over 10,000 Bags of rice to boost farm produce. I have also organized
Ohanivo Cultural Carnival to strengthen our Culture”
“I have 76 Constituency aides that receive minimum of N50.000 monthly”
“I have 4 aides to Mr Speaker, House of Representatives, 1700 street lights
Internal Roads, Payment of bursary of N200,000 to 44 law students in the Constituency Distributed farm inputs to all the women in the 40 communities in the Constituency”. He informed.
The Secretary to Ebonyi State Government , Professor Grace Umezurike said she is very proud of the the Lawmaker.
Umezurike called on the people of the Constituency to continue to support the Lawmaker to achieve more.
The Traditional Ruler of Enu Uburu Autonomous community, Eze Godwin Akpandu thanked the Lawmaker for the wonderful works he is doing.
The Labour Party Women Leader in Ohaozara Local Government, Mrs Udeh Nnenna attested to all Inclusiveness of the leadership ingenuity of Kama Nkemkanma.
