The Anyi-Chuks GrassRoot Organisation has lauded the spirit of sportsmanship exhibited by all the aspirants of the Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) at all levels at ensuring that the rightful person emerged as Gubernatorial candidate of the party in the state come 2023.
Mr Abia Onyike, Director, Media and Publicity of the Organisation said their support and loyalty to the party would not be taken for granted.
Onyike made the assertion in a Goodwill message he signed and made available to newsmen in Abakaliki on Thursday.
“Our Organisation wishes to thank all PDP Members and Supporters in Ebonyi State for their resilience, tact, solidarity and support- which they extended to our Principal, Dr IfeanyiChukwuma Odii, the Governorship Candidate of PDP in Ebonyi State for the 2023 General Elections.
“We also wish to extend our sincere appreciation to all the PDP Guber and other aspirants of the Party for their maturity and candour in the affairs of the Party in the state.
“The Organisation equally and most profoundly appreciate the spirit of sportsmanship exhibited by all the aspirants at all levels as we do not take their support and loyalty to the Party for granted.
“We therefore sincerely invite all and sundry to close ranks and rally round our great Party as we march strongly towards achieving success in the 2023 General Elections in Ebonyi state in particular and Nigeria in general. May God bless us all,” the Director stated.
