The Ebonyi youths have Congratulated Dr Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii on his victory at the supreme court as the validly elected Gubernatorial candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ebonyi for 2023 general elections.
The youths under the aegis of the Nigeria Youth Organization also commended the supreme court judgment, saying the victory is the party and the people of Ebonyi.
Mr Kelechi Igwe, NYO Chairman in the state told newsmen in Abakaliki that the youths are still standing tall for Odii come 2023 polls.
“The youth of Ebonyi is standing tall for Odii. On behalf of the teaming members of Nigeria Youth Organisation (NYO) Ebonyi state chapter, we congratulate His Excellency, High Chief Dr Ifeanyi Chuwkuma Odii fhl. for His well deserved victory at apex court.
“It is victory for the people of the state. We are so happy with the judgment of the supreme court.
“We thank the teeming supporters and the youths in Particular from the 13 local government area of the state.
“Anyichuks is our man. The man with good mission for his people. We will continue to support him until he emerges as governor,” Igwe added.
Our correspondent reports that Odii and Ogba have been in a legal battle over who was the authentic party’s candidate for the 2023 poll in the party’s primaries that took place at different occasions in Ebonyi.
